asking questions out of pure genuine curiosity & wander, getting creative without there being a need for any final result just enjoying the experience & journey, moving freely and wildly without a care about how I look to others, dancing, jumping, being super slow and unhurried, creating space to breathe fully, filling my days with sensory rituals, being silly, relaxing without guilt, releasing pressures to perform, being fully in my body and thanking her and loving her unconditionally and many many more zooweemama moments incoming by just being here right now
