This is the second time I’ve experienced a frozen shoulder 🤦‍♀️

I blame menopause 🤷‍♀️

It really is a pain 🤦‍♀️

I exercise, I take HRT and I eat a well balanced diet…maybe not so much protein…but I’m trying to increase this
