I have been made aware that some people are still receiving reminder text messages about future appointments. I am so sorry this is still happening. The software company are now helping put a stop to this.

It’s been a hard week & the sad reality of the closure has kicked in but I would like to also take the opportunity to thank you all for so many wonderful, heartfelt messages and emails. You’ve had me in tears with such kindness. I am forever thankful you made my time in the salon such a joy.

It is with the deepest of regrets that I find myself writing a post this morning that I never felt that I would need to do.

As of Saturday 1st June 2024, COVE Salon will be closing its doors and ceasing trading.

Due to a number of unprecedented challenges that the salon has faced in recent times, I am no longer in a position to continue. This decision has not been taken lightly and has been made with the heaviest of hearts.

I would like to thank you all for being such valued clients of COVE over the last few years, you’ve made COVE my ‘happy place’ and provided me with the opportunity to fulfil a lifelong dream of owning my own salon.

This may not be goodbye forever and COVE, in one capacity or another, may return in the future, but for now at least it is goodbye, and I and the COVE family wish you the very best in the future.

All appointments beyond Saturday 1st June will unfortunately be cancelled, I can only apologise for any inconvenience that this causes and I hope that you can be understanding in the matter, respecting that this decision can only be described as heartbreaking.
