✨ A little update from The Nap And Glow Cabin ✨

After testing my new equipment and offering a small number of Ultimate Glow Facial model appointments, I’ve made the decision not to continue offering the Ultimate Glow Facial.

Unfortunately, the machine hasn’t performed as reliably as I need it to. particularly with the temperatures and humidity inside the cabin. My model appointments were specifically to make sure everything could withstand regular client use in the cabin before I officially continued with the treatment and unfortunately, it’s now broken down.

Rather than offer a treatment that I’m not 100% confident in, I’d much rather be honest and remove it from my treatment menu. 💗

I’m a big believer in only offering treatments and equipment that I completely trust and your experience and safety will always come first.

The Ultimate Glow Facial is therefore no longer available to book.

I’m sorry to anyone who was looking forward to trying it and thank you so much for understanding.

You may notice I’m not constantly advertising on social media and I don’t regularly post before & after photos.

That’s a conscious choice.

When you’re in my cabin my focus is on you, not my phone, not taking photos and not creating content.

I want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and cared for. You are my client, not my content.

I also don’t believe in promising results based on somebody else’s before & after photo. Every person is different. Every skin type, lash, brow and individual concern is unique.

Your treatment is tailored specifically to you, so your results will be your own.

I’m very lucky that my little business grows largely through word of mouth, recommendations and returning clients and honestly that means so much to me. 🥹❤️

I’d much rather spend my time looking after the clients who are actually in my cabin than constantly worrying about what I should post online.

That said, I will always reply to your messages whenever I can and yes, that even means 2am if you message me and I’m awake! 😂🥰

You might wonder why I don’t have an online booking system where you can simply click a link, choose a treatment and book yourself in.

The answer is actually really simple…

Because I want to keep the personal touch. 🩷

The Nap & Glow Cabin is a small, private, 1-to-1 home cabin and that’s exactly how I want your experience to feel.

I don’t want you to feel like you’re just another appointment being squeezed into a diary.

I want you to have time.

Time to message me.
Time to ask questions.
Time to tell me what you’d like to achieve.
Time for me to make sure you’re booked for the right treatment.
And most importantly, time during your appointment to relax without feeling rushed.

I deliberately leave enough time around my appointments so that I’m not constantly watching the clock or rushing you out because the next client is waiting.

When you’re in my cabin your appointment is your time. 🥰

That’s why I choose to manage my diary personally through Messenger rather than using an automated booking system.

It might be a little less instant than clicking a button but I believe it makes the experience much more personal and that’s exactly what I want The Nap & Glow Cabin to be.

💗 Appointment Reminder

I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently so I just wanted to give a little reminder of my cancellation policy.

I completely understand that things can come up but 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

⏰ Less than 48 hours’ notice = 100% of the treatment cost.
🚫 No-shows = 100% of the treatment cost.

Please Note

Due to the increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows I will now have to strictly enforce my cancellation policy going forward.

I really don’t want to have to charge clients for appointments they haven’t attended but as a small business I simply cannot continue absorbing the cost of empty appointment slots.

Appointments are reserved especially for you and unfortunately last-minute cancellations often leave me with a space I’m unable to refill.
