3 Tips for healthy feet.
Give your toes some love
Make time to regularly cut your nails we recommend every 3-5 weeks depending on person. Don’t forget those cuticles.
It's all about moisturising
Apply moisturiser after showering / bathing or before bed. We recommend to use moisturiser 1-2 times a day.
Keep fungus at bay
Fungus loves warm, moist conditions.
It is important to wash your feet well and make sure your feet are thoroughly dry including between your toes.

It’s important to know when to see a professional.
If You have an ingrown toenail or a callus you need to have it treated as soon as possible.
It’s always important to get these issues treated by a Professional and not risk a potential infection.
