Here’s a look inside a recent session at Body Solve 👇
Our sponsored athlete , a professional surfer from Wales, recently picked up a shoulder injury while surfing a heavy slab wave in Scotland.
Caitlin carried out a comprehensive shoulder assessment — using a series of special tests to identify the structures involved and establish a clear working diagnosis. From there, she applied a tailored osteopathic treatment plan combining deep tissue massage, joint mobilisations, and manipulative techniques to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support Pat’s return to the water 🌊💪
