From June 1972 to March 2024, after almost 52 years of Barrie’s Hairdressing, I’ve decided to fully retire from working.
A massive thank you to all of the customers over the years for your loyalty and all of the laughs along the way.
I’d also like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff that have worked here for the last 50 years, your hard work is greatly appreciated, you all made it a fun place to work. A special thank you goes to Michelle who has worked here and put up with my jokes and stories for the last 36 years!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of our customers, we hope to see you all over the Christmas period.
Hi all, we’ll be reopening on Tuesday at 9am with both Barrie and Michelle available.
We’ll be doing walk ins or if you want to book an appointment please call us on Tuesday on 01639 813650.
Hi all, just a quick update about our opening hours over the next several weeks.
We need to close on Tuesday 18th July for the day and will re-open on Thursday 20th at 9am.
We will also be closing for 2 weeks for holidays from Monday 24th July, we’ll re-open on Tuesday 8th August.

As many of you know we've been short staffed for a while now, and while we do desperately want to get things back to normal we've had to take the decision to cut back our opening hours a little more. Thank you all for your patience and we will get back to normal ASAP
