To help keep appointments running smoothly, I will now be taking a small non-refundable deposit when booking your appointment. 💖

Unfortunately I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which means I’m left with empty slots that could have been given to other clients who wanted an appointment.

Running a small business means every appointment time is important, so this helps protect my time and keeps things fair for everyone. 💕

Your deposit will of course come off the total cost of your treatment on the day.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule please give me udleast 24 hours notice so that I can possibly give your slot to someone else and we can then fit you in for a time that suits you best!
