AGM Massage Therapy

Abit of lower back needling in the QL, client had been experiencing stiffness tightness and alot of times these muscles are responsible for it. They sit deep in the lower back and aren't easy to massage so dry needling is a great way to loosen them.up.

Got a busy few weeks ahead with alot of new clients coming onto the books these past few months.
Extremely grateful for being so busy but on the downside of that it means limited space for any new clients messaging looking booked in. They end up ahaving to wait or ill refer them onto other therapists.

Ive only 6 slots available for the remainder of the month.

We all need some self care in our lives.
We all have a woman or know a woman who could do with some R&R.
One thing I've noticed in the years ive been doing massage is ladies will make massage a must have as they know the benefits of it and how much better they feel after getting them.

6:30am Striking/ sparring group.

Oh my god, having to wait in here for a cake, when youre tracking calories and cant have anything, the smells are unreal!

The wonderful wife taking a meditation session out in the fine weather this morning.

This morning we had the pleasure of holding space with the beautiful women of Chrysalis Women Centre 🤍

Surrounded by nature, we slowed down, took a moment to breathe, reconnect and allow ourselves the gift of rest.

A little reminder that sometimes we don’t need to do more… we simply need to pause, soften and come home to ourselves. 🌱

So grateful to share this space, this journey and these moments of connection. 🤍

I work that many late evenings during the week, so when it comes to a sunday, its great to be able to have the time to cook a roast for the wife and kids.
