Phone line back up and working

New Hair, New Fibre...Same Great Styles 💇‍♀️

We decided the salon needed a digital glow-up, so we've switched to fibre broadband! The internet is flying, but our phone lines and our ability to accept card payments are currently 'processing' the change (aka: they aren't working yet 😄).

If you have a query about a booking or need to book in a new do, please send us a pm here. We will get back to you ASAP.

For the next while please bring cash.

Hello everyone! We are thrilled to let you know that our boiler issue has been fully repaired, and we are back up and running with hot water, heat and happy stylists! 💇‍♀️✨

Thank you so much for your incredible patience, understanding, and kind words while we dealt with this unexpected hiccup. We truly appreciate everyone who worked with us to make this nightmare situation a bit more bearable.

A quick note on scheduling:

We're working hard to fit everyone back in as quickly as possible.

🚨 Important Update for Our Valued Clients 🚨

Hi Everyone! We've hit a temporary bump in the road at the salon—our boiler has broken down. 🥶

This unfortunately means that we currently do not have hot water for washing and treating hair.

We are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved and have engineers looking into the issue, but this might mean some immediate changes to your appointments.

What This Means for Your Appointment:

We may have to cancel or reschedule appointments that rely heavily on hot water services.

We will be reaching out to every client (that we hold contact information for) to discuss rescheduling appointments or to discuss your options. Please keep an eye on your phone.

If we can offer services that don't require water (like dry cuts or styling), these will be going ahead as normal.

If anyone has a wash, cut and blow dry appointment and is able to do so, please come in with your hair freshly washed.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We know how much you look forward to your visit, and we are asking for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unexpected situation. 🙏
