Those that know me well are aware I've been away on a training retreat and I've come back filled with Love. I'm currently taking some time to integrate my learning and adjust to being out of my safe, nurturing bubble I'd been in for the week but I will be providing you with more information on new services at Kamala asap!

Join Rhona from Nurture Yoga with Rhona and myself for a Pregnancy and Birth Workshop on Sunday 27th November in KT School of Dance, Portadown!

We are so excited to bring you this workshop - which will include pregnancy yoga, breathing techniques, hypnobirthing tips and discussion, tools and techniques for pregnancy and birth and some lovely relaxation, ending with a sound bath 😴

A delicious lunch will be provided and everyone who attends will take home an amazing goody bag.

Baby Massage is BACK!!

Before babies are able to use language, we often communicate and comfort them through touch. If a baby cries, for example, parents will hold, cuddle or stroke them. Baby massage is part of this natural impulse. There are many, many wonderful benefits to massaging your baby such as:
-Becoming more confident in handling your baby and recognising their needs.
-Improved positive interaction with your baby.
-A great way to bond with baby.
-Improved sleep for baby (and you 😉 )
- can help with symptoms related to wind, colic, teething etc.

STARTING TUESDAY 4th October at 10am

Join us in a relaxed, caring and safe environment for mums for a 5 week course in baby massage based in Portadown Town Centre. Classes are suitable from birth to crawling and cost £40 for all 5 sessions with an added bonus gift for mum and reflexology information also provided.
