Why not come along and meet our dedicated volunteering team?
incredABLE's having a BBQ and Quiz Night next month! Meet with staff and current volunteers – some of the team will be there to welcome you and have a chat! 💬
💜incredABLE has been supporting individuals with a learning/intellectual disability and/or autism throughout the Southern Health and Social Care Trust area for over 25 years.
💜Today, over 600 hundred children and adults benefit from the meaningful social, recreational, and educational opportunities the charity facilitates.
💜Volunteers are a hugely important part of our incredABLE team! They donate their time in many different ways. From giving up an hour for a fundraising bucket collection to joining us on weekend residentials.
💜Opportunities provided include a variety of residential short breaks for children and adults, Saturday activity trips, life skills programme, bespoke one to one work and accessible holidays.
⏰ Flexible volunteering options are available for people aged 16+ at various times e.g week days / evenings, overnight or weekends.

To mark , incredABLE is holding an appreciation night for their volunteer teams. It’s taking place on Monday, 1st June from 5pm to 7pm at Stay incredABLE Armagh City (their group accommodation, self-catering hostel)

I have the worst tooth ache, talk about bad timing. Can't sleep for more than a few hours 😴 but I am buzzing for tomorrow. Good luck to all the marathon runners 🏃♂️ Doing a 4.5mile leg I'm bricking it so I can't imagine how you guys feel. I just hope your blisters are minimal and your hopes are high🙈🙌 Get the tunes on and smash it !!!

Running with purpose 💜
On 3rd May 2026, I’ll be taking on my leg of the Belfast Marathon 🏃♀️ Not just for the challenge, but for a cause that means so much to me.
I’m running to support an incredible service that makes a real difference to children and families every single day. Seeing the impact they have is exactly why I wanted to be part of this.
Training hasn’t been easy, but knowing why I’m doing it keeps me going, especially on the tough runs.
This is my final push 🙏
