CLIENT NOTICE

Once again I am posting my policy here :)
whilst we do not display a refund policy in the salon it has NEVER and NEVER will be our policy to refund a colour or service on the basis that you simply do not like the result(or your friends/family didn't like it)

The only time a refund would be issued is if the service has caused unrecitifiable damage to the hair or scalp or the result were Dramatically different from what is requested.

Please note that colour services in particular, are a chemical process where you are altering the natural pigment of your hair, whilst we do everything in our power to get results as close to what you want, this isnt always possible in one session or sometimes at all depending on your hair.
A thorough consultation is always done before and we never promise to achieve results that are unrealistic. So please in return try to not have unrealistic expectations.
