Due to a few last minute cancellations/No shows, I will now be taking a £10 deposit for every booking.

If you have given me less than 24hrs notice then you will Not get your deposit back, if you have given me more than 24hr notice then you can have your deposit back or use it to book another date.

If it comes down to myself needing to cancel your appointment then of course you will have your deposit back or again move it to another date.

I didn’t want to do this but at the end of the day I am missing out on money when I could of got other clients in.
