Hi everyone,

Please take a moment to read this message as it explains some updated payment options for your appointments.

Firstly, if you currently have my old bank details saved, please can you delete them. I now have a new business account set up (finally… I thought it was about time! 🤣), so the previous account will soon be closed and should no longer be used for any payments.

If you choose to pay on the day of your appointment, I will send you a secure payment link after your treatment. All you need to do is click the link and it will take you to a simple payment page where you can complete the payment quickly and easily. It’s very straightforward and only takes a few seconds.

For those of you who prefer to pay in cash, that is still absolutely fine and nothing will change with that option.

If you normally pay in full when booking your appointment through my booking system, this will also remain exactly the same and you can continue to do this if you wish.

Just as a reminder, even if you choose not to pay in full when booking, the booking system will still ask you to enter your card details when securing your appointment. Please don’t worry — no payment will be taken from your card unless you choose to pay in advance. The card details are simply required by the system to protect my time and business in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

If you do normally pay by bank transfer, please make sure you speak to me first before sending any payments, just to ensure you have the correct and updated details. As mentioned above, the old account will be closing, so I want to avoid any payments accidentally being sent to the wrong place.
