This will be my “LAST” post on my Blush Beauty Page..😔😔 a long one so if you get to the end, Thank You!!🩷

As soon as I closed the door on Blush on the 28th June 2025 and left the salon, it was really very very emotional. I took time away to decompress, (I was exhausted, lol) relax and take in the enormity of actually RETIRING and what I have achieved over the years with my wee business. It has had quite an effect to say the least.

I think when you build a small business you put your heart and soul into creating something special and I certainly have realised that I had something special and it really was my life for the last 18 years being self employed. Having actually been qualified since 1997, I was able to perfect my craft being employed by a wonderful teacher and friend Emma who really taught me everything I know and I’m so so grateful for that.

I truly love being a Beauty Therapist and don’t think it will ever leave me and I proved that to myself being able to build my business 3 times through moving areas, through covid and having to find new premises and rebuilding each time but without my amazing clients, William, Sacha, Sophie, colleagues and friends I couldn’t of done it without you.

YOU believed in me and I can’t thank each and every one of you from Portsmouth, Gosport, Inverness and Aberdeen for trusting me and allowing me to be my creative self. Loyalty goes such a long way. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

So as my time in this industry comes to an end, this post is for you all and I really hope any future therapists that I may know or are starting out put their heart and soul into their new businesses and show your worth as Beauty never dies….

I want to thank all my previous work buddies that it’s been a pleasure to get to know you and work with you all. I miss you and have been so very lucky to have had such great colleagues that have become friends.

On a final note, THANKYOU again for all my wonderful gifts and cards when I left. I will treasure them always and know that I’ve done myself proud and am bowing out on a high.

Well here it is…… my last ever month in my wee haven that is BLUSH BEAUTY……

The days that I will be in are extremely busy so please bare with me throughout the day as it will be one in and one out. I will try not to run over but it’s gonna be an emotional roller coaster as I say my goodbyes to all you gorgeous clients. 😢🩷

Hello Everyone, just another wee update now that I am in my final 7 weeks of work here at Blush.. 🥰😢 eeek……

I’m now pretty much fully booked up until I leave on the 28th June but do have the odd small appt at the beginning of June so any last minute appts required please get in touch.

Lyndsey and I are both very excited about the future of the salon and you are all gonna be in great hands as she takes over. 🩷👏🏻

Below are Lyndsey’s hours of work but this will change around busier periods like Xmas etc when she will do more hours to make sure you’re all looking splendid for the occasion…

MON 10.30am - 9.30pm
TUES 10.30am - 9.30pm
WED 10am - 3pm
THURS 10.30am - 9.30pm
FRID 10am - 5.30pm

She will be starting the week after I leave but evenings only for 1 week and then Full Time from 14th July.
