Time to focus on new goals and challenges, hope August brings you all good things, We can do this.

Oh and I hate to say it , we are now getting closer to Christmas, who's started to think about this already, I know I have :)

Day 2 of my 9 day cleanse nearly over, going well so far, missing my cherry yoghurt though , plenty of free foods to satisfy instead. Burrito bowl for dinner tomorrow.
