Hi! I’m Freya, Junior stylist at C&Co Hairdressing 🥰

I’ve always wanted to be a hairdresser from a young age, so being able to turn my passion into a career is something I’m incredibly grateful for. I started hairdressing three years ago after leaving school, initially studying full-time at college while working in a different salon. I soon realised that an apprenticeship would be the best route for me, and when I saw that C&Co were looking for an apprentice, I went for an interview and they took me on straight away! Since then, I’ve loved every minute of learning and developing my skills. I especially love creating beautiful blondes, dimensional brunettes and lived-in colours. Hair is also something very personal to me, as I suffer with alopecia myself, so I know how much of a difference feeling happy and confident with your hair can make. I love making my clients feel their best, and it’s especially lovely when I can relate to clients who may be going through something similar. I absolutely love working alongside Clara and Annabelle, who have been so understanding and supportive and have taught me so much throughout my journey. Outside of the salon, I love going out for bottomless brunches with my friends and, of course, going on as many holidays as possible — my clients definitely can’t keep up with me! 😂 I’m currently saving to travel around Asia with my boyfriend. But don’t worry - I’ll only be gone for a month! I can’t wait to welcome you into the salon, get to know you and make your hair feel beautiful!

Hi! My names Clara and I am the owner of C&Co hairdressing.

I have loved playing with hair since I was a little girl and luckily for me always was sure that hairdressing was the career for me. I started my hairdressing career all the way back in 2009 as a Saturday girl. In 2012 I started my apprenticeship. I then worked in a few different salons and gained lots of great experience and remember thinking wow, I want this one day!

In 2017 I opened C&Co Hairdressing with the vision of having a salon that employed stylist who were inclusive, talented and ambitious. Where everyone was welcome and i wanted to produce GOOD hair. Fast forward 9 years and that is exactly what we have today!

I am passionate about all things hair but if I had to narrow it down I LOVE blondes & coppers and honestly all aspects of colouring 😂

I also love a wonderfully complicated haircut, think lots of layers and a micro fringe for example.

My life has changed a lot since opening the salon as I now have 2 little girls Goldie & Sunny, a house and a partner. If I’m not at the salon you’ll find me at the beach, soft play, the park or simply at home enjoying my family.

I also have a little sausage dog named Honey and 2 cat names Mango and Peaches.

If I’m not with my kids my favourite things to do are quite simple. I love live music, I love good food and good beer. Plus some sunshine ☀️

I am very proud of my salon and my wonderfully talented girls that work with me. I am eternally grateful for all the clients that have passed through our doors and keep us busy.
