Let me introduce myself!

I’m Claire, mum of 2 kids, one big daft dog and 4 chickens 🤣

We’re a busy family juggling the kids, house projects, a gazillion hobbies and general chaotic family life!

I’m an adrenaline ju**ie who likes a challenge! My claim to fame is swimming the channel and I’m desperate to get stuck into another goal asap, as quite frankly nowadays I’m a bit of fraud and wobbly middle age mumma! I love baking cakes, gardening and face art behind the scenes!

I started massage straight after my sports science degree 15 years ago alongside coaching swimming. I’ve dabbled with beauty, make up and all sorts of massage since. I’m now back focussing on what I love and that’s fixing people, helping clients achieve goals and being all round support for body and mind! I still enjoy the beauty and work that more as a hobby!

I’ve had a strong network in triathlon, due to coaching swimming at a triathlon club and also a large body building network also. I’ve worked with all types of clients from professional athletes to 90 year olds that are just about still kicking, desk workers, gym goers and everyone in between!

I’m known for being able to perform a deep tissue massage and really getting into those nitty gritty areas and have also added acupuncture to my repertoire!

I’m back building my business having moved house, dropped back through covid and having my two wonderful girls. I’m still covering basically the entire length of the M27, 7 days a week around my kids and partner Louis! So get in touch, let’s get you booked in for that MOT!

LI4 (Hegu) is a well-known acupuncture point located between the thumb and index finger.

Although it’s nowhere near the knee or hip, LI4 is traditionally used as a distal point for pain management and may be incorporated into treatments for musculoskeletal pain.

🌿 Acupuncture doesn’t always mean needling directly where it hurts — sometimes the hands can be part of the treatment too!
