Covering is out, Blending is in,
Grey blending specialist ditching high maintenance colour

07/07/2026

One day someone is going to tell you to cover your greys…

Maybe don’t listen.

This is what happens when you stop fighting what’s naturally growing out of your head and start working with it instead.

No heavy root line.
No chasing regrowth every few weeks.
No trying to make grey disappear.

Just beautiful, natural dimension that actually complements her own colour.

Her grey wasn’t the problem.
The technique was.

If you’ve been told your only option is to keep covering your greys, maybe it’s time to start asking what your other options are.

If you’re curious about a different approach, comment BLEND and I’ll send you everything you need to know.

Let me show you what a grey blending journey actually looks like…

We often only see the before and after.

What we don’t see is everything that happens in between.

The refining.
The adjustments.
The appointments where we learn how your individual hair behaves.
The little tweaks that move us closer to the end result.

That’s why I work in supported grey blending journeys.

Every appointment has a purpose, and every stage gives me more information so that your colour becomes more bespoke as we go.

A journey isn’t about achieving perfection in one appointment.

It’s about building the right result over time.

If you’re genuinely thinking about starting your own grey blending journey and would like to know what the next steps look like, comment BLEND and I’ll send you all the information.

For years, women have been told that covering their roots every 4–6 weeks is just part of having grey hair.

But is it really?

If you’re happy with that cycle, that’s absolutely fine. But if you’re not, don’t assume it’s your only option.

Start asking questions. Start having conversations with your stylist. Find out what other approaches are available.

I’m not here to tell everyone to go grey, and I’m not saying my way is the right way for everyone. I simply want more women to know that there are alternatives.

You deserve to choose the option that works best for you, not just the one you’ve always been told is the only way.

Comment BLEND if you’d like to find out more about how I help women move away from the 4–6 week root cycle.

I get it because I’m going through it too.

Maybe that’s why these journeys mean so much to me.

Because when my ladies sit in my chair and tell me they don’t quite feel like themselves anymore, I understand it.

We’re navigating the same stage of life.

The same changes.

The same shifting priorities.

And maybe that’s why it feels like we’re on the journey together.

Because it was never really about the hair.

It’s about feeling like yourself again.
