Total look

To all my wonderful staff and client through the years ,past and present . As you know Hayley took over the business as planed in October 2019 then I worked for Hayley 2days a week ,sadly because of Gordon health conditions and the concerns to keep safe ,not knowing when I could come back ? I have made the decision with a very heavy heart and lots of tears to retire completely . It really seems the best thing to do . I know I am leaving Total Look in very capable hand in Hayley she is the best woman for the job 🌟and will be taking Total Look in to this next chapter ,which won’t be easy with the pandemic situation ,but I have great faith she can do it well ,thing will be so different and it wasn’t part of our plan , I can’t believe we probably will never work together again 😢. I first started my business when Hayley was just 3months old in a spare bedroom , then from there opened up first salon in 1984 , and never looked back Total Look has always been like an extension of my family , It has been quite a journey over the years , with lots of laughter and fun but also challenges and tears but lots of love ,and I wouldn’t change a thing .💙Iwould like to take this time to thank every one of you Hayley the Staff , client , reps builders ,not forgetting my husband Gordon who has always supported me in any way he could ,every one of you who have been apart of Total Look over the years ,old and new you have all been apart of this experience . I have been so lucky that I can honestly say I’ve loved my work and my journey in the hair and beauty industry . 💞So I would like to take this time to thank every single one of you , from the bottom of my heart for your support and loyalty over the years . I will miss you all so much and my heart is heavy as I wright this to you today I love you all ,and will miss you so much 💚 GOOD LUCK to my daughter 🌟Hayley 🌟you have loved the salon from the beginning , and I’m looking forwards to seeing how things pan out for the future it will be so different , I know you will do well as you take Total Look in to the next chapter , wishing you all the luck in the world I love you and I am so proud of you Hayley , on that note , take it way my babe and prosper 🌟
