Seascape Wellness Studio

🌀 A beautiful Breathwork Offering this Full Moon 🌝 dm Zara ✨️

I’m so so excited to invite you to a gorgeous evening of embodied breathwork ⬇️

🌕 A little moon magic and a cosy Friday evening 🫶

Join me as we approach the Hunter’s Full Moon for a small group evening of Embodied Conscious Connected Breathwork ✨

Inspired by autumn’s invitation to turn inward, we’ll make space to pause and reconnect with ourselves.

I love this practice. It has changed my life, and I’m so excited to share it with you. By connecting the inhale and exhale in a continuous rhythm, we bring awareness to the body, sensations and emotions, with guidance throughout and space to explore at your own pace.

We’ll finish with tea, a wee snack and some time to chat ✨

🌙 Friday 23rd October, 7 to 9:30 pm
📍 Seascape Wellness, Portstewart
🌝 £45 • Small group, cosy setting

✨ 🌊 THE NEXT CHAPTER OF SEASCAPE ✨🌿

Something very special is beginning…

After an incredible chapter in our much-loved studio, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close its doors at the end of October.

Not to step back.

🌀 But to expand....

To bring together everything Seascape has grown to become — wellness, rest, healing and sanctuary — in ONE place.

🌊 Where Studio & Sanctuary become one.

Our vision for what comes next feels beautiful, intimate and completely unique to Seascape — a more considered and immersive way to experience everything we offer 💙

And while we begin creating this next chapter, ✨️ Seascape Wellness continues.

🌈 1-1 Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing • Breathwork • Oracle Cards • Private Gatherings • Bespoke Wellness Experiences

Our weekly group classes will pause temporarily while our new space takes shape, and all existing gift vouchers will, of course, be honoured.

To every person who has walked through our studio doors, trusted us, supported us and become part of the Seascape story — thank you 🙏

You helped us create the beginning ✨️

Now we’re creating what comes next 🌿

SEA • STUDIO • SANCTUARY

The next chapter of Seascape is already unfolding… ✨🌊
