As this year comes to a close, I feel called to pause and reflect with gratitude.

This past year, I truly took a chance on myself. I committed fully to this path—dedicating myself to building my techniques, deepening my knowledge, and welcoming more people into my sanctuary to feel the love, care, and healing I hold in my hands. Along the way, I’ve learned so much… not just about my work, but about myself.

I’ve discovered how deeply I value holding a sacred, safe space for people—sometimes complete strangers—to come in, soften, exhale, cry, release, and simply be. I’ve witnessed moments that still humble me: people telling me they don’t want to leave, that my hands feel magical, asking if I’m trained in energy healing (I’m not… yet 😉).

What’s surprised me most is how much I truly care for my clients. I find myself holding them close in my heart long after they leave—wishing them well, sending quiet prayers, and hoping ease finds them in whatever they’re carrying and sharing with me.

I’ll be honest—sharing more of myself on this platform still makes me feel nervous and exposed. But in the new year, I want to take small, gentle steps toward showing up more authentically, even if it feels uncomfortable at times.

More than anything, I feel deeply grateful. Grateful that I get to do work that feels meaningful and aligned. Grateful that I stayed on this journey and backed myself over the last three years, even when it felt uncertain or scary. And so grateful for my support network and cheerleaders who have held me up, believed in me, and encouraged me every step of the way.

I know this year hasn’t been easy for everyone, but right now my heart feels full of gratitude for all that I have. I feel there is truly so much to be thankful for.
