So much of your day is spent doing, deciding and caring for others.

When you lie down here in my sanctuary, you get to receive that care yourself.

Through warm, attentive touch, I work with the tension I find, giving each area time and adjusting the massage to you.

My intention is that you feel cared for throughout and leave feeling nourished, rested and a little more yourself.

Today, your only job is to let go.

Step into the quiet, breathe deep and let the weight fall off your shoulders.

There’s a point in some treatments when I can feel the whole atmosphere change.

Your breathing changes, your body becomes still and you seem to drift into that place where you’re not asleep but you’re no longer fully “on” either.

Clients sometimes tell me afterwards that they saw colours, felt warmth or energy, or simply went somewhere they can’t quite describe.

I’m always holding that calm for you from the moment the treatment begins but, once I feel you respond to it, something shifts in the way I work too. I become even more intuitive - Slowing down, lingering, changing the pressure or rhythm depending on what I feel you need.

That’s one of my favourite moments in a treatment 🤍 It’s where the flow really takes over, and often where a little bit of the magic happens.
