Every treatment follows the same three stages... But no two appointments are ever the same.
✨ It starts with listening.
Before your treatment begins, I take the time to understand and ground you. We talk about your skin, of course, but also about how you’re feeling. Stress, hormones, sleep, lifestyle and even the pace of life can all influence what your skin and your body need that day.
✨ Every touch is intentional.
Your treatment is carefully adapted to you. The skincare products, massage techniques and rhythm are all chosen with intention, creating space for your body to slow down and your mind to become a little quieter.
✨ Leave feeling lighter.
Yes, you’ll leave with healthier, glowing skin. But my hope is that you leave with something even more valuable... A sense of calm, a quieter mind and the feeling that you’ve truly had time to reset. Many clients tell me they leave feeling as though they’ve had the deepest rest even though they’ve been awake the whole time 😊

People often ask what I do as a facial therapist.
The obvious answer is that I care for skin.
But over the years, I’ve realised that’s only a small part of it.
What I really hope to create is a space where someone can put everything down for a while.
Where they don’t have to perform.
Where they don’t have to rush.
Where they can simply breathe.
If they leave with brighter skin, that’s wonderful.
But if they leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like themselves than when they arrived...
That’s the part of my work I’m most proud of.
