Healing Reflexology 💕

Stress & Anxiety are going to compromise energetic flow and balance the body & mind needs to function optimally, creating blocks and disturbances, and, as a result the body and mind as a whole structure becomes out of balance. Each thought and the assigned emotion we experience is energy, our energy can shift and change from moment to moment responding to whatever is happening around us or within us. It can leave us feeling drained or lift us up. The physical sensations we experience when we feel stressed and anxious is energy changing our physiology throughout the body and mind. The heart sinking, palpitations, the knot in the stomach, lump in the throat or tightening of the chest is all energy responding to your internal and external environment. Reflexology & Reiki can support the body and mind to return to a state of natural balance, resetting the nervous system back to a sense of safety and connection internally, where the body can restore and heal.

Rest is self-care and needs to be part of our journey through life. I can hold space for you here at the reflexology room to deeply ‘rest’ whilst having a reflexology treatment and the body can replenish, balance and recharge 🩷
