Your 30-minute treatment includes a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, facial massage and moisturise, with plenty of hands-on time to leave your skin feeling fresh, soft and cared for.

Perfect if you have a nut allergy, prefer nut-free skincare, or simply fancy a shorter facial.

October is Menopause Awareness Month 🤍

Perimenopause and menopause can bring so many changes, both physically and emotionally, and sometimes what you need most is time to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

Flower Remedy Connection is my 90-minute menopause-focused ritual, created to offer a deeply nurturing moment of calm through the changing stages of perimenopause and menopause.

Beginning with a sensory consultation, we’ll select the flower remedy balm most suited to how you’re feeling that day: Time • Heal • Change.

Your treatment begins with a comforting welcome touch, followed by a warm oil drizzle over the back of the body. You’ll then enjoy a relaxing back-of-body massage, focusing on the back of the legs, back and back of the arms, before turning over for a soothing facial cleanse, face massage and calming scalp massage.
