More on this recent case as I've had a lot of questions about why the previous Veneers fell off so many times.
When restorations debond repeatedly, it’s rarely the patient's fault. It almost always points to foundational clinical issues. The biggest culprits are:
1️⃣ Poor Isolation: If the tooth isn't kept flawlessly dry during the final bonding step, the chemical seal will fail.
2️⃣ Improper Bite: If the teeth aren't designed to work in harmony with your natural jaw movements, heavy bite forces will easily shear the porcelain off.
3️⃣ Poor Materials & Ceramic Prep: If inferior materials are used, or the inside of the ceramic isn't properly etched and primed before bonding, the adhesive simply has nothing to grip.
4️⃣ Aggressive Preps: Veneers rely on natural tooth enamel for the strongest, most predictable bond. If the previous preparations were too aggressive, the lack of enamel to bond to severely weakens the seal.

🤯 Even I can't believe this result!🤯
There are so many levels of complexity with this case-- The Gum health, The large gaps, Missing teeth, Rotated teeth, Crossbites, Failing Fillings.
Some patients lose hope and go to Turkey for a 'quick fix' that ends up costing them a lot more in the long term with poor quality work, materials and causing irreversible damage.
Here we focuse on thorough treatment planning, stabilisation, minimal or sometimes no prep. All this to make sure you have the smile you've always wanted, that lasts and prioritises the patient and health.
