Unfortunately due to people booking appointments and then cancelling on the day or just not turning up we have had no other option than to put this policy in place. This isn’t something we wanted to do but to keep it fair for all and to protect appointment availability we feel this is the best solution. Any1 already booked in please don’t worry this won’t affect you guys but is for all future appointments.
