Sometimes life gets tough.
The stresses, pressures, and demands of everyday life can slowly creep up on us, and before we know it, that high-energy, fun-loving, optimistic version of ourselves becomes quieter.
Just a little reminder today: your health and wellbeing must always come first.
Take the break. Set the boundary. Get some fresh air. Rest when you need to. Give yourself the same kindness and care that you so freely give to others.
You cannot pour from an empty cup. 💛
And remember… a smile is contagious. Smile, and the whole world smiles with you.

✨ Personal update incoming ✨
I’ve mentioned a few times that I’ve been on the jab, and I thought I’d finally share a little update...
Over the last year I’ve lost 38lbs 🤯
Now, this journey hasn’t just been about the number on the scales. The biggest change has been how I feel in myself. I’ve gained so much confidence, I feel more comfortable in my own skin, and I genuinely feel happier when I look in the mirror.
And as a makeup artist, there’s one thing I’ve definitely noticed... when I get glammed up now, I don’t need to use half as much product to sculpt, contour and disguise what were once my chubby chops 🤣💄
I’m not sharing this because I think weight loss is the answer to happiness. I’m sharing it because I’m proud of myself and grateful for how much more confident I feel.
Still the same Jen. Still obsessed with makeup. Just with slightly less cheek to blend around 😂❤️
