Reposting because I’ve had a few questions recently about B12 💉

Personally, I love B12 and find they make a huge difference in my energy levels. It’s also known to improve weight loss, and the health of your hair, skin & nails.

I would recommend beginning a journey with B12, you should (speaking from personal experience and customer feedback) notice a difference from your first one, and therefore, you can just have a singular one! Cost £25.

However, I would recommend for the first three weeks to have one a week, then reduce to one a month for three months followed by one every three months for the best results. (Packages & discounted cost available tailored to your individual request)
