One the 1st April there will be a slight increase to most of my services.
It has been 2 years since I have increased my prices and unfortunately the rising costs of consumables and stock has made this choice unavoidable.

The dermalogica skincare treatments will be increasing. I am already below average compared to other salons for this and the cost of professional products is now astronomical I can not continue with the prices I currently have.
I really want to continue to offer the high quality that dermalogica provide as I am sure you will all agree dermalogica results driven skincare treatments are the best.

Price lists will follow from the 1st May but if anyone has any questions or would like to know what the cost will be from April please contact me privately.

I value all of my lovely committed clients and hope you all understand my decision and continue to support my small business 💖💖💖

I feel incredible
Almost 2.5 stone down in 4 months
The first picture was the beginning of April - I was bloated ,tired, unhappy, and not sleeping.
Fast forward 6 months and my energy is through the roof, no more bloating and my cheery smile has returned.

As most of you know I have 2 debilitating conditions that prevent me from exercising - diabetes which causes blood sugar drops and the need to eat to stop the hypo and subglottic stenosis which requires regular operations to keep my windpipe open meaning on occasions I struggle for breath
Both of these mean exercising is not easy. I was fed up of people telling me to just eat healthy and exercise and you will lose weight.

Then I found Bamber Bridge Nutrition and Mark Miller and a plan that simply works for me. Blood sugars are stable , Hba1c is down and I simply feel great.
I have met some amazing people with the same outcomes and I am so lucky to be part of this club.

I have more to lose but I know with marks help I can get to my target.

I see people every day losing 2-3 pounds a day.
