Have you ever wondered where the idea behind Elements came from?
After entering the beauty and spa industry, I quickly realised how many people were struggling mentally, emotionally and physically - often silently. So many people were burnt out, overwhelmed or anxious, but self care still felt like a luxury rather than something important.
I wanted to create somewhere people could come regularly to switch off, reset and properly look after themselves. Somewhere that felt welcoming, calming and accessible.
Over the years, supporting wellbeing has become part of everything we do - from affordable memberships and retreat days, to workplace wellbeing visits, fundraising treatments and supporting charities like Lancashire Mind.
A few years ago, I also lost my cousin Matthew to mental health struggles, which only strengthened my belief that wellbeing and mental health support needs to be spoken about more openly.
Behind the treatments, facials and massages, the reason for Elements has always been much deeper than beauty and relaxation alone.
So whether you visit us for an hour of calm, a treatment, a retreat day or simply a moment to breathe - thank you for being part of what we’ve built 🤍
