💫 Old pigment doesn’t disappear, it changes within the skin.

During microblading, pigment is implanted into the superficial layers of the skin.
Over time, it is influenced by natural biological processes, it does not simply fade away.

As the skin regenerates, pigment particles are gradually broken down and redistributed by the body.
This process can lead to colour shift, blurred strokes, reduced contrast or uneven fading, depending on skin type, implantation depth and pigment composition.

This is why cover work cannot be treated as a standard procedure.

Before any correction or annual top-up, I assess:
• remaining pigment density and undertone
• skin condition and elasticity
• previous technique and depth
• long-term skin response

Only with proper analysis can a safe, balanced and natural correction be achieved.

It is a controlled epidermal implant of pigment and every skin behaves differently.

A professional consultation is where the treatment is clinically planned, not guessed.

During consultation, I analyse:
• skin thickness, elasticity and regeneration rate
• oil production and hydration level
• existing or faded pigment (even from treatments done years ago)
• undertone and melanin response
• facial anatomy and natural brow growth pattern

These factors determine:
