Back in summer 1993 Phil Rodgers thought it was about time he got his own place set up after working 8 long years at David Hills Hairdressing. The first establishment was at the upstairs corner of Sharoe Green Road and off Garstang Road in Fulwood. Sam joined Phil in 1995 and still works beside him.
