A little glimpse into my Thursdays 💜✨

Thursdays always start with an early wake-up… and, of course, a collagen shot. 😉

Then it was quality time with my girlie at a little play centre, followed by lunch outside with my hubby while we made the most of the sunshine. ☀️🤍

After that, it was time to switch into work mode…

I started the afternoon with the most beautiful relaxing facial. My client could really feel the Reiki energy, and she even saw the most beautiful chakra colours during her treatment. 🌈✨

Next was a Meditation, Reiki & Reflexology session. During the Reiki, I kept seeing butterflies, which always feels so special. 🦋💜

Then I welcomed one of my lovely friends in for a Million Dollar Facial, followed by a back, neck and shoulder massage (those shoulders definitely needed some TLC! 😅). It was so lovely to have a little catch-up while helping her relax.

Now I’m on my way home for cuddles with my little girl and an early night.

Little Miss Sunshine has been a little fidgety at bedtime this week, so I’m more than ready for a good kip! 😴💜

Feeling very grateful that I get to spend my mornings making memories with my family and my afternoons helping others relax, heal and take time for themselves. It really is the best of both worlds. ✨🤍

The faces we all pull when having a massage… 😂

We all know that feeling when your therapist finds that knot… it’s a mix of “ouch!” and “please don’t stop!” 😅

Although people often call them “knots”, they’re usually areas of muscle tension or tightness that can feel tender when pressure is applied. A massage can help ease that tension, improve circulation and leave your muscles feeling much more relaxed.

☀️ Today’s heatwave called for a few extra touches to keep everyone as comfortable as possible…

Here’s how I kept myself and my lovely clients cool today:

🤍 1. Cooling towels
I soaked towels in cool water and wrapped them around my pregnancy massage client’s feet to help keep her body temperature comfortable and soothe any swelling.

💧 2. Hydration
Every client was offered plenty of water to stay hydrated before and after their treatment.

✨ 3. Million Dollar Potion Spritz
Everyone received a refreshing spritz of Million Dollar Potion. This hydrating toner helps to rebalance the skin, calm and refresh the complexion, and leaves a beautiful healthy glow.

☕ 4. A thoughtful surprise
One of my lovely clients surprised me with an iced latte from my favourite neighbours at Cuckoo. It definitely helped me get through the afternoon! 🤍

After a busy day, I finally enjoyed a cheeky lie down in front of the fan. 😂
