We're bringing a little Halloween fun to our next Mama & Baby Social, and this time we're heading to Prestwich!

Join us for a lovely morning with your little ones, bringing together some of our favourite things for both mums and babies.

We've got baby massage, a gentle Mama & Baby soundbath, a pumpkin photoshoot with some very cute Halloween props, music, cake and plenty of time to have a brew and chat with other mums.

It's a chance to enjoy something a little different with your baby, meet other local mums and hopefully get some gorgeous Halloween photos to take home too! 🧡

We're hosting a Reiki, Cacao & Sound Sanctuary evening, created as a gentle escape from the pace of everyday life.

We’ll begin with a beautiful cacao ritual, taking a moment to slow down and arrive. From there, you’ll be guided through journaling before an hour-long immersive sound journey designed to help you settle your body, quieten the mind and let go of some of the tension you’ve been carrying. You can also enjoy Reiki whilst the soothing sounds wash over you.

Think cosy surroundings, nourishing cacao, soothing sounds, stillness and a couple of hours where you get to simply receive.
