Massive thanks to Harvey for guiding duties today. My niece put an appeal out on a local Facebook group and she got a huge response. People love to help.

A few laps of Heaton Park in the sunshine. I've hiked almost as much as I've run this week and not much of either, but this was enough to keep things ticking over.

Another easy week next week but hopefully I'll be able to get something in.
