✨October is menopause awareness month✨

It is sad to think in this day and age menopause is such a taboo subject. Women are struggling with the debilitating symptoms yet still have to live with them.

Reading Davina McCall book menopausing was an eye opener. We decided to dig a little deeper and collaborate with our sister company, Urban Retreat to ask clients their key concerns around menopause. Upon collecting evidence of all the repetitive symptoms The Academy decided to take action.

The Academy created the worlds first Cibtac Endorsed Menopause massage. We launched this in Trump Turnberry January 2023 & have had an abundance of courses running since which is proving to be a great success.
