Solo is up and running girls💛

all clients have been added in as well as further appointments, you should have received cancellation emails through from fresha(which will no longer be in use) and confirmation emails through my new booking system “Solo”.

Please could everyone send me a message to confirm they have got their appointment through. All appointments going forward will require a deposit which can be paid when booking!

If you could all read my T&Cs and fill out consultation forms too

Consultation forms do not need to be filled out every appointment unless anything has changed

hi girlies! thought i would reiterate my policies again!

i understand life happens and appointments can’t be attended or are missed but this is my only source of income💛

that being said, no shows will be charged accordingly as well as last minute cancellations! it is extremely frustrating and can have a big impact on my day/finances! i hope you all understand!

on a happier note it is 12 weeks until xmas which is either 6 or 4 infills away, please book in advance where possible to avoid dissapointment

i will try my absolute best to fit everyone in but to avoid myself burning out i will not be squeezing everyone in if it isnt possible

i will also be changing booking systems soon but will keep you all updated💛

with the warm weather we need to make sure we are taking care of our lashes, please avoid spf around the eye area where possible, oils, sweat, make up etc build up on our eyes breaking down the bonds in the glue!

please can we make sure we are washing our lashes daily🙏🏻

Just a quick update regarding infill appointments:

2–3 week infills are absolutely fine as normal. Anything over 3 weeks will be classed as a longer infill and priced accordingly. Over 3 weeks no longer falls under an “infill”.

I’ve realised I’ve been undercharging for quite some time, and with rising costs it’s no longer something I can sustain 🥲 Thank you so much for understanding and continuing to support my business.

If you’re unsure which infill you’ll need, feel free to message me or send over a photo of your lashes and I’ll happily advise 🤍
