When one area is all you see in the mirror…

This patient told me her ‘lipstick lines’ had bothered her for as long as she could remember, and whenever she looked in the mirror, they were the first thing she noticed.

So we brought out what I like to call the ‘magic eraser’ filler ✨

Using a very small amount of carefully placed dermal filler, we treated the fine static lines around the mouth directly - softening their appearance without adding unnecessary volume or changing the natural shape of her lips🤌

The goal wasn’t to make them disappear completely. It was to make them far less noticeable, while keeping everything looking like her.

Good lip filler starts with anatomy, not volume🫀

For this patient, treatment focused on improving symmetry, refining the vermilion border and supporting the natural shape and proportions of the lips.

Small, considered amounts of filler (just 0.6ml) was used to enhance definition and restore volume where needed, while respecting her existing anatomy and avoiding an overfilled appearance.

The aim: better balance, structure and softness, while still looking like her.
