Just a little heads up so you can all get planning but I am having a holiday Wednesday 19th August and back Thursday 27th August.
As always I’m working lots of extra days/hours to compensate but you need to get prebooking if possible

I’ve had a no show if anyone would like to call the salon to get booked in x

Our card machine had upped her game this past week and half but this morning she decided to cut her shift short and she’s clocked out..
So sorry for the inconvenience but it’s cash until the new one gets delivered

Good morning we have been having issues with our internet since yesterday,it’s jiggered and despite being up here at midnight last night we cannot get it up and running.
Anyone planning to work form the salon please note we have no WiFi.

We really appreciate your patience,as most of you are aware we have been running on reduced staff for quite a while now.

we are extremely busy, and we know this can be very frustrating for you when you are having to wait weeks or when you cannot get your chosen day or time.
We have added an extra day every week and we are also opening outside of our normal daily hours and missing breaks to ease the situation,and as you can imagine we are shattered.
Please know that we are genuinely working as hard as possible to accommodate everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
And please go easy on us 💕

We are having a few issues with our card terminal at the moment so cash may be a wise idea until we figure out a plan.
(It’s not wanting to recharge and keeps ruining herself flat at points throughout the day,sounds like I feel😂)

Just a little request to everyone
if you are feeling unwell or have ANY kind of illness symptoms, please could you rearrange your appointment for another time,

One of my daughters is due to have a long-awaited knee operation next week and we absolutely cannot risk it being cancelled due to illness in the household.

(We also need this operation for her as she starts her hairdressing training as soon as she is mobile and recovered 😂)
