Lately we have had a influx of no shows and as a small business it does have a large impact so this is just a polite reminder that we have these policy's in place for a reason.
We want to thank all of those that understand and continue to show us support! 💕
Cancellation policy update.
We hope your all well.
We just wanted you to be aware of our new cancellation policy, as unfortunately we have had numerous last minute cancellations or no shows. Which doesn't give us enough time to contact someone who wants an appointment.
We understand this is a busy time of year but we would ideally like a 48 hour notice. If it is under 24 hours notice then there will be a charge of 50% of their service. No shows will be 100%.
We are very sorry to have to introduce this new policy but these last minute cancellations effects our wages.
