Hello, I am Zita and I am a VTCT world-class approved therapist. I am based in Shotton in my home salon, but my services can be requested mobile too.
My goal is to help as many people as possible maximise their physical health, function and wellbeing. "Hello, I am Zita and I am a VTCT-approved therapist. I will always strive to provide the highest quality of massage therapy at times that are most convenient to you. As such, you can enjoy the convenience of having an expert massage therapist in the comfort of your home or office. I am based the Shotton but also cover Connah's Quay, Buckley, Penyffordd, Broughton, Chester and surrounding areas. By always staying true to my values, I will endeavour to improve the quality of life of everyone I come into contact with."

Today was all about the power of combined treatments ✨
💆♀️ Lymphatic Drainage + Full Body Massage to ease arthritis-related aches and pains.
💆♀️ Lymphatic Drainage + Deep Tissue Massage focused on the back, neck and shoulders.
😴 And my favourite of the day... a client struggling with work-related stress and migraines received a deeply relaxing massage combined with an Indian Head Massage, plus some Tsuboki Natural Face Lifting techniques to stimulate the facial meridians.
That combination works every time... clients rarely stay awake until the end! ✨
