Picking up my Level 3 certificate today, with my little helper by my side. 🤎

After completing my Level 2 in Hairdressing, I applied to continue onto my Level 3. A couple of weeks before starting college again, I found out I was pregnant with my second baby.

I made the decision to continue with the year, knowing that I would have to leave halfway through my course. My tutors gave me the opportunity to fast-track my studies, meaning I had to complete a full college year’s worth of assignments and assessments in just six months.

Fast forward to February this year — seven months pregnant, exhausted, dealing with morning sickness throughout my pregnancy, and questioning every week whether I should give up. But I kept going, and I finally completed everything I needed to.

Today, I went back to college to collect my certificate, this time with my little boy beside me.

Here’s to the next step in my journey and can’t wait to go through it with you all🤍
