Sometimes in business, you have to accept that not everyone is meant to be part of your journey forever.

Sometimes clients choose a different pathway, and sometimes I have to make decisions that protect the positive, welcoming space I have created—and that’s okay. 💚

Nailed It by Sammie is my little business, but it means so much to me. It’s not just about creating beautiful nails; it’s about creating an experience where every client feels welcome, comfortable and completely at ease.

I want every person who visits me to enjoy a little time for themselves. A place where they can switch off from the outside world, chat freely if they want to, relax, have a laugh, and leave feeling happy, confident and cared for.

I’m incredibly passionate about the work I do and take great pride in every treatment I provide, whether it’s Builder Gel, gel manicures or a luxury spa pedicure. Every appointment is carried out with care, attention to detail and a genuine love for what I do.

As my business continues to grow, I’m learning that protecting my peace, my passion and the atmosphere I want to create is just as important as the treatments themselves.

For any client who may choose a different pathway, or for any journey that I may decide is no longer the right fit to continue, I wish them nothing but the very best. I’m grateful for the trust they placed in me during the time we shared, and I genuinely hope they find what they’re looking for.

I’m also incredibly thankful for the wonderful clients who continue to support my small business, recommend me to others, and fill my diary with kindness, laughter and positivity. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

Today was also a lovely reminder of that, as I had the pleasure of welcoming a new client to the Nailed It by Sammie family. Moments like that remind me that every ending can make room for a new beginning.
