I’ve recently had a couple of payments that haven’t gone through, both via bank transfer and contactless. Please could everyone take a moment to check that your payment has been successful before leaving the salon.

Salon Colour Policy – Thick Hair Surcharge

To ensure every colour service is carried out to the highest standard, clients with very thick hair will incur an additional charge on colour appointments where significantly more product is required.

The following surcharges apply:

• T-Section Highlights – +£7
• Half Head Highlights – +£10
• Full Head Highlights – +£13
• Full Head Colour – +£5

This surcharge reflects the additional colour and professional products used to achieve the best possible results. Thickness is assessed by your stylist during your consultation, and the applicable charge will be added to your service where required.
