Last Friday my client wanted to tone her hair down after seeing some previous colours I had done BUT didn't want to go too dark!
We usually do a hi lift at the back and a light ash blonde at the front where it's naturally lighter.
So I took her root colour down from a base 9 to an 8 adding some ash biege (0.21) and applied this all over whilst adding some foils throughout using the same colour.
It has made such a difference, added shine and the condition of her hair is much softer too!

My client has always had bleach foils but wanted to see how it would look with some softer tones throughout and leave the bleach off
So I did a full head of lowlites matching her natural colour (which is a light warm golden tone) then as we reached the top I added a few light blonde foils just using tint so she didn't feel too dark.
By doing this method it helped keep the integrity of the hair and made her hair shine ✨️
It's so easy to be blonde blind but when we do add even the softest tones it can also make us blondies feel like we've gone brown 🙈😝

My client loves being blonde but also needs low maintenance - we literally do this once a year!!!
Full head of fine foils and a soft "champagne" toner with a root tap and a good cut ✂️

My client hasn't touched her hair for a while just lots of deep conditioning treatments after needing a colour correction
This time we just added some gorgeous copper lowlites throughout to give it back some oomph and shine but to keep it still low maintenance so no huge regrowth 🧡

When life just gets in the way!
This lovely one hasn't been in my chair for a hair cut for well over a year and was definitely due a pamper 💇🏼‍♀️
A good few inches off, a nice head massage and the biggest hugs - was so nice to see her ☺️
