I honestly can't thank you enough for fixing my really messed up hair which I had done in another salon.! It looks so much better now... more than I could of ever imagined!!.. all the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome which I have never found round here...Thank you so much.. will most certainly be your regular now. I visited the salon for the first time today. It's got a great atmosphere, very welcoming. Jennifer was amazing and I'm thrilled with my new style. Much needed relaxing head massage whilst I had my hair washed too :) thanks all! See you in a few weeks

My mum and I went in today for the first time and I loved it. We both saw Nathan and he was great. Really attentive and you could tell he genuinely wanted to find out as much information as possible to ensure the haircut was right. I was having a major change, which is pretty scary but it was such a great cut. The woman behind the desk was lovely too but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. She was so friendly and again, really attentive. I've been to a lot of salons before but this one really is the best. The entire service, from start to finish, was of such a high standard. After seeing good reviews I decided to go to obsessions my hair was in a bad way bleached and sun damaged. As soon as I met Claire I was confident she was going to do a good job. In fact she went above and beyond my expectations sitting down first chatting about what I actually wanted and giving me advice and ideas I went in thinking I was going to have brown highlights but in fact it was a sombré look I was actually after. Claire talked me through what she was doing the whole time giving me advice with treatments that I can do at home. I love my hair so natural looking. I would definitely recommend obsessions all the staff are very professional extremely good at what they do and very friendly. My daughter is booked in for next week.
