I will continue to book your next appointment (or two) in person before you leave the salon.

Availability: To maintain flexibility for my family and the salon schedule, I am booking up to two months in advance currently.
Booking Accuracy: if booking online please ensure you are selecting the correct service and all required add-ons (nail art, French tips etc.). If the correct service/add-ons are not selected, I will not have the correct allocated time to complete your appointment.
BIAB Guidelines reminder:
Max Gap: Anything over 5 weeks since your last appointment must be booked as a "Soak Off & Reapply." I cannot perform an infill beyond 5 weeks due to the structural integrity of the nail.
Maintenance Cycle: Please follow the "Infill, Infill, Soak Off & Reapply" rotation for every third appointment.
Technical Help: If you have difficulty using the online booking system, please message me during my business communication hours: Mon–Fri, 8–9 AM & 3:30–4:30 PM. I may occasionally respond outside of these hours but these are my dedicated times for work admin.
