Dear clients, The ever increasing costs of running the business leads us to implementing a price increase effective from Friday 1st March.
We have also restructured to a tiered pricing system, meaning some services will be priced according to each stylist and their experience.
This means there will be great hair and great stylists suitable for every budget. 😍

Thankfully we are fortunate that the majority of our clients are very respectful of all our time and efforts behind the hair. ❤️
However we have also had some last minute cancellations/no shows with no opportunity to fill the space,
We understand that things come up..
But what does this mean? It means that the salon is paying for staff wages, heat, light, insurance, rent, rates.. (the list goes on) while we are standing behind an empty chair! The irony is that we have a waitlist longer than you could imagine. If you let us know in time (24hours) there is an opportunity for someone very grateful to take the appointment. 💁🏼‍♀️

This policy can be found at the bottom of your Email appointment reminder, The courtesy email is sent 24hrs prior to your appointment to give you a polite reminder and an opportunity to cancel if needs be. ☎️

All cancellations less than 24hrs before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service.
All no shows will incur a 100% charge of the service.
If the cancellation fee is not paid then we are afraid no forwarding appointments will be able to be made for the that client on our booking system. 🖥️

We hope you understand and Trust us when we say we wouldn’t ever want to start charging deposits on all bookings to protect the business, that would be a last resort! 🙈

We realise this truly is the minority..Thank you to those of you who show up with love and respect (and sometimes a cheeky wee coffee) for our Team ❤️

We truely have the most amazing clients! 2023 went by in a blast, we definitely done the best hair to date..laughed and hugged during all the great times and shed some tears together in the difficult moments, know we are beyond glad to be more than just your hairdresser ❤️
In 2023 we launched the .i Academy, welcomed Baby Lara to the Team and finished off on a high with another Award 🏆
