Lip filler isn’t always about making lips bigger 💋

My client naturally has an M-shaped upper lip with slight inversion, meaning parts of the upper lip turn inward rather than displaying their full natural height.

Instead of simply adding volume, the focus here was strategic placement — supporting the upper lip and encouraging more of the lip to show, while creating better balance between the upper and lower lip.

The lower lip already had beautiful natural volume, so it only needed a touch of filler for hydration and softness, rather than projection.

The result? Her lips still look like her lips — just with improved shape, balance and definition.

Lower Face Balancing ✨

My client came to me feeling self-conscious about her pre-jowl area and wanting more definition through her lower face.

On assessment, she had a central chin cleft, reduced chin projection and noticeable chin dips, which were contributing to the appearance of the pre-jowl area.

Using carefully placed dermal filler, we softened the chin cleft, enhanced chin projection and elongation, and filled the chin dips to create a smoother transition into the jawline.

The result is a more balanced, structured and defined lower face, while maintaining natural proportions. ✨
